Dra. Maria Isabel Caballero, director of CENSALUD and associate professor at the UIB in the department of Fundamental Biology and Health Sciences, recently participated in the expert meeting “Toxin Expert Meeting” at the Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona, in the the issue of Botulinum toxin treated.
The course addressed areas such as the effects of the toxin, duration and how to prevent and address potential complications, among others. He was taught by Dr. Roser Garreta, Botulinum Toxin expert, Dr. Cristina Villanueva and the Business Unit Manager of Allergan, Juan Pedro Franco.
